Job Responsibilities

  • Building digital marketing campaigns including (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, Google Display, YouTube paid advertising, automation and email.
  • Manage administrative and campaign tasks to ensure consistency of the production process and that deadlines and internal budgets are met on time.

Fitness Model Actress

Loud Rumor is seeking a talented and energetic fitness model/actress to assist us is filming short marketing clips for our clients! The videos you will star in will typically be 2-5 minutes in length, and you will be reading off of a teleprompter. The target audience for the marketing videos are women aged 30+. All videos will be filmed at our Scottsdale, Arizona location, in our video studio.

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with members on escalations/challenges to ensure that members feel heard, and are happy with their experience with our company

  • Assist in ensuring account transfers are handled effectively and efficiently from the member perspective, while also creating projects in Asana with appropriate info to ensure account managers are fully in the loop regarding all steps of the transfer process
  • Upsell current members on any platforms they aren’t currently on, and/or resources they don’t utilize so long as it will help their business.
  • Help generate returns from frozen or paused members on a recurring basis.
  • Help prevent pauses/freezes by having in-depth conversations with members to generate feedback on what needs to be improved, and making sure you get with management on what will be put in place to make those improvements when necessary, and relay these solutions to the member
  • Make sure members are introduced into our FB group and engaged with during any waiting time before campaigns go live.
  • Create and manage the process for handwritten cards to be sent to members on special occasions
  • Handle any respective onboarding tasks and project creation for new agency members
  • Assist Agency Directors on certain data entry/administrative tasks on an ongoing and as needed basis
  • Other related tasks as assigned by the Marketing or Operations team such as case studies, reports, etc.

Skills and Experience (preferred):

  • Experience in a position focusing on customer satisfaction and experience
